Mediation Appointment Details

Mediation appointments can be scheduled Wednesday from 1:00pm-4:00 pm. For other dates/times, please contact our office directly at 509-888-3992 or melissa@balancepointmediation.com . Use the calendar below to see availability, and please complete the form to request an open block of time.  In the “Comments” section below, please let us know if the other party has confirmed their availability for the date and time you are requesting below.  We’ll respond to your request as soon as we are able, typically within one business day.

Please note: once the mediation is confirmed, our cancellation policy becomes effective.

• If cancelled 14 or more days in advance: No cancellation fee.

• If cancelled 6 or more days in advance: A cancellation fee of $200 will be deducted from the retainer to cover reserved time and administrative costs.

• If cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled mediation: A cancellation fee equal to 25% of the reserved time (i.e., half-day or full-day rate) will apply.

• The remaining balance of the retainer will be refunded.
